We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to step into a pivotal role, driving the successful execution and closure of essential operational enhancements. In this position, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring that new systems and processes are implemented flawlessly, directly contributing to the efficiency and safety of a vast operational network. Your expertise will be crucial in overcoming challenges, coordinating diverse teams, and delivering projects that have a direct and measurable effect on daily operations and long-term strategic goals.

As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of complex projects, from initial planning to final closure. You will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, driving project milestones and proactively resolving challenges to maintain momentum. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical initiatives, innovate solutions, and directly influence the operational success and efficiency of a large-scale enterprise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Project Planning & Preparation:**
* Conduct field verification of project designs, identifying and resolving potential interferences with existing or new equipment.
* Initiate and manage project change requests for various phases, proactively addressing concerns from approval stakeholders before on-site work commences.
* **Project Execution & Oversight:**
* Orchestrate and lead daily coordination calls with vendors and internal operational, safety, and maintenance teams. Provide concise daily progress summaries to the project management lead.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, gather stakeholder feedback, and proactively resolve on-site issues. Escalate complex challenges to the project management lead as necessary.
* Oversee the reception, inventory, and gap analysis of project-specific materials. Coordinate with internal operational and maintenance teams, and third-party labor providers for material movement and installation.
* Liaise with technology teams to manage access and monitor infrastructure cabinets during data cable terminations. Validate the quality and functionality of cable installations.
* Provide essential support to the project management lead during site acceptance testing, requiring continuous on-site presence for several days.
* **Project Closure & Documentation:**
* Collect and validate all project documentation from vendors against agreed deliverables, ensuring content accuracy and completeness (e.g., signed declarations of conformity, correct site identification).
* Organize and transfer all project documentation to designated digital storage repositories.
* **Operational & Safety Liaison:**
* Conduct regular safety walkthroughs with contractors on site, define work scope, identify and resolve potential conflicts.
* Communicate operational and program changes to relevant stakeholders and the project manager.
* Liaise with contractors regarding material supply needs and provide consistent project status updates to the project manager.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated experience in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience managing medium-complexity projects from planning through closure.
* Proficiency in project management and design tools including AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
* Demonstrated electrical competency.
* Mid to senior-level professional experience.
