We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to step into a crucial contract role that directly impacts the success of advertising campaigns. As a key player in the Ads team, you will be instrumental in ensuring flawless execution and exceptional client service, contributing to the growth of a premium brand experience for advertisers. Your expertise will bridge sales and campaign execution, driving efficiency and client satisfaction, and directly influencing campaign performance and client relationships.
This role is responsible for leading the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Sales Partners and Account Managers. You will partner with clients and sales on RFP responses, media plan generation, campaign execution, and monitoring delivery performance to ensure flawless execution and excellent client service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the delivery performance of Ad Campaigns and collaborate with clients on necessary optimization tactics.
* Work closely with Account Manager to ensure campaigns are set up for success.
* Generate comprehensive reports
* Collaborate with the Ad Operations team for escalations and technical troubleshooting when necessary.
* Provide essential campaign performance data, including detailed post-campaign wrap reports.
* Partner with aligned Agency Sales Partners and Account Managers to deeply understand client goals and objectives, delivering excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the monthly billing and invoicing process with clients and finance.
* Establish and nurture strong working relationships with client and agency partners.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
* 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, coordination, and/or Sales Planning functions within the digital media industry, with a strong focus on video advertising.
* Fluency in both English and French is essential.
* Proven experience working with Sales Operation systems (e.g., CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
* Solid knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
* Familiarity with advertising measurement solutions (e.g., Nielsen, ComScore, Kantar) and verification vendors (e.g., Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify).
