As an acquisition expert, you will be client’s representative in the market, ensuring more drivers join the platform. You will work both strategically and operationally – analysing data, setting direction, building relationships, and driving business opportunities from first contact to onboarding. This is the role for you who want to combine sales, strategy, market analysis and stakeholder management in a fast-growing environment.
Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement
Your responsibilities:
- Analyse market data and trends to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for different regions
- Building trust and long-term relationships with drivers and partners
- Conduct market visits and outbound call campaigns to generate new drivers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new drivers
- Collect and report market insights to optimize strategies and business results
About you
We are looking for someone who wants to work in a company where you can develop and grow side by side with the company. You are service-oriented, structured and meticulous, with a natural ability to take initiative and find solutions.

- Analytical and strategic, confident in making decisions based on data
- Organised and structured, with the ability to keep multiple parallel processes running
- Independent and initiative-taking
- Strong communication skills and good at building relationships with different types of stakeholders
- Experienced in sales, customer contact, business development or data analysis
Important for the service are:
- Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement
- Previous experience in a similar role in sales, B2B is an advantage
- B driving license and access to a car are an advantage
- Experience with systems such as Excel, Salesforce, SQL or various AI tools is an advantage
